Medicine

Orthomolecular medicine

Targeted micronutrient therapy based on a blood analysis — vitamins, minerals, trace elements and amino acids in the right balance. The principle: measure – treat – monitor.

Orthomolecular medicine concerns vitamins, trace elements, minerals, amino acids, hormones and enzymes as well as other substances the body produces itself. Even small imbalances can show up as tiredness or reduced performance. After a medical history and laboratory diagnostics, an individually tailored therapy plan is drawn up.

The course of an orthomolecular treatment

Initial consultation

A thorough medical history covering symptoms, prior conditions, lifestyle and medication, the definition of individual goals, and a fasting blood draw (12 hours without food).

Results discussion with individual therapy concept

A precise evaluation and discussion of your lab values — usually about three weeks after the initial consultation — with a tailored supplementation plan, complemented by infusion therapy where appropriate.

Monitoring & optimisation

A follow-up check after four to six months to adjust your therapy.
