Processing when visiting the website (server log files)

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically processes technically necessary data in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page/file requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This data is required for the secure and stable provision of the website. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The website is hosted by internic Datenkommunikations GmbH, Puchsbaumplatz 2/7-8, 1100 Vienna, with whom a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

Online appointment booking (MobiMed)

Online appointment booking is provided via the MobiMed booking system (mobimed Software GmbH, Schottenfeldgasse 60/31, 1070 Vienna). The booking form is only loaded after your explicit click — no data is transmitted to the provider beforehand. When you make a booking, the data you enter (e.g. name, contact details, requested appointment) is transmitted to MobiMed and processed there for appointment management. As this may concern a medical appointment, health data (Art. 9 GDPR) may be involved. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of the treatment relationship (Art. 6(1)(b), Art. 9(2)(h) GDPR) as well as your consent given by loading the form (Art. 6(1)(a), Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. The provider's privacy policy also applies: mobimed.at/datenschutz-app.

Map display

The location is shown as a static map image stored on our own server (map data: © OpenStreetMap contributors, © CARTO). No data is transmitted to third parties when the page loads. Only when you click the map image are you redirected to Google Maps; from that point on, Google's privacy policy applies.

Fonts

The fonts used are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to external providers (e.g. Google Fonts).

Cookies, browser storage & web analytics

This website does not set any cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and does not use any tracking or web-analytics services or social-media plugins. Only for the "load content" function (booking form) may a setting optionally be stored locally in your browser (localStorage) to remember your choice — no data is transmitted to third parties.

Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process your details to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. For data-protection reasons, please do not send sensitive health data via unencrypted e-mail.

Medical confidentiality & patient data

No treatment or patient data is processed via this website. Data arising in the course of treatment is subject to medical confidentiality and to the statutory documentation and retention obligations (§ 51 ÄrzteG — documentation generally retained for at least 10 years) and is processed separately within the practice.

Storage period

Personal data is stored only for as long as necessary for the respective purposes or required by statutory retention obligations. Server log files are deleted or anonymised after a short time.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Please use the contact details above.
